ERP top viewer and peak analysis

EEG segments or averaged data can be displayed in the top viewer of the ERP module. Multiple conditions can be selected and shown in overplot mode.

In this case of a frontal spike, 38 spikes had been averaged using scalp channel F3 as reference during pattern search (condition EEG-F3) and 33 spike using MEG channel F5C (condition MEG-F5C). In condition EEG-F3, overlap of alpha activity can be seen at posterior electrodes, e.g. Pz, as a consequence of the correlation between the scalp topographies of the spike and the alpha bursts in this subject.

Peaks can be automatically detected and tables of peak amplitudes and latencies generated. Click on any waveform to obtain a 3D map and drag time bar to view a movie.

Waveforms are displayed in topographic or regular arrangements and can be shifted, sized, segmented, or zoomed. Numerous options allow for the setting of optimal viewing preferences. Postscript output is available for further graphical processing, e.g. for publications.
