In the source montage 'Temporal Region' four different cortical surfaces of the left and right temporal lobe are contrasted against regional sources in 11 other brain regions. The 8 signals marked by head symbols are equivalent to gross virtual electrodes placed on the basal, polar, and antero- and postero- lateral temporal surfaces.
As shown by the FFT peaks of the source montage and in the amplitude maps, the seizure onset is fully lateralized to the left with a most prominent left basal signal and periodicity peaks at 2.6 and 5.1 Hz.
